Near Field Communication (NFC) allows radio communication between 2 enabled devices. The technology is considered highly secure and used widely with smartphone payments.
When an NFC enabled smartphone is placed close to an NFC card a radio transmission on 13.56 MHz frequency begins, the smartphone will prompt to display the data stored in the card memory.
We offer Ntag215 NFC cards which allow us to store 504 Bytes of data which translates to 488 characters (including spaces).
The following data can be coded into an NFC enabled card:
- Website address
- Custom URL/URI
- Email message
- Phone number
- Text message
- A full contact data including name, company name, physical address, phone number, email address and the web address
- GPS based location
- Street address location
- Wi-Fi access
